ChannelOnline's enhanced Credit Card acceptance feature is implemented through industry leading secure Hosted Order Pages.  Hosted Order Pages are provided by the leading secure credit card gateway providers; Cybersource, Moneris, Authorize.net, Amazon, Paypal, Google Payments, SecurePay and Intuit Merchant Services.  Hosted Order Pages provide enhanced security compliance features for merchants by removing the need to capture, transmit or store sensitive credit card information within merchant controlled systems.  Instead, sensitive information is captured, transmitted and stored within the highly secure systems of the Credit Card gateway providers.

ChannelOnline's secure credit card gateway providers each supply the same security compliance features, robust and highly available connections and a rich set of back end management tools to help manage gateway settings, robust reporting and other processing related tools.  Each gateway provides its own implementation of this general tool-set.  In order to help ChannelOnline customers make the best decision regarding secure credit card acceptance options the following information is provided; outlining the options, on-boarding process and contact information for each supported gateway.

Cybersource Cybersource

Company Overview:
Born during the dawn of eCommerce in 1994, CyberSource was one of the pioneers in online payment and fraud management services for medium and large-sized merchants. In 2007, we acquired the leading U.S. small business payment services provider, Authorize.Net, thus expanding our market footprint to cover businesses ranging from the smallest sole proprietorships to the largest global brands. In 2010 CyberSource was acquired by, and operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of, Visa Inc.

Solution Overview:
Cybersource focuses on medium to large resellers with over $3M in annual online revenue.  ChannelOnline integrates with Cybersource's Hosted Order Page for secure credit card acceptance.  As an additional fee-based option, Cybersource provides Secure Storage of your customers credit card information.  This option enables ChannelOnline to present customers with their previous credit cards used for payment - keeping them from having to re-enter their card information and enabling a more streamlined payment process.

Onboarding Steps:

  1. Setup your online gateway account with Cybersource.
  2. Specify your gateway account options in the Cybersource Business Center tool.
  3. Log in to your Business Center. On the left menu bar Hosted Order Page > Security. Under Generate Security Script, click Perl, then hit Submit.  Save the HOP.pm file.
  4. In your Business Center go to Hosted Order Page > Settings > Receipt Page > Receipt Response URL, set to  https://usm.channelonline.com/cgi-bin/hostedpay/cybersource.pl
  5. Log in to your ChannelOnline Admin preferences.  Browse to your payment options section and choose Cybersource.  Upload your HOP.pm file.
  6. Choose whether to utilize Secure Storage.
  7. Choose whether to Authorize only or perform a one-step Authorize and Capture.

Fees:
Cybersource does not publish complete fee information due to the many options available in setting up a Cybersource account.  General fees can include:

Authorize.net

Company Overview:
Since 1996, Authorize.Net has been a leading provider of payment gateway services, managing the submission of billions of transactions to the processing networks on behalf of merchant customers. Authorize.Net is a solution of CyberSource Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Visa (NYSE: V).

Solution Overview:
Authorize.net acts solely as an online gateway.  They work with nearly any merchant account and credit card processor.  ChannelOnline integrates with Authorize.net's secure Hosted Order Page for secure credit card acceptance.

Onboarding Steps:

  1. Setup your online gateway account with Authorize.net
  2. Specify your gateway account options in the Authorize.net Merchant Interface.
  3. Log in to your Merchant Interface. Browse to Security Settings and save your API LOGIN ID and TRANSACTION ID for later setup in ChannelOnline.
  4. In your Merchant Interface go to Account->Settings->Relay Response:https://stage.channelonline.com/cgi-bin/hostedpay/authorizenet.pl
  5. Log in to your ChannelOnline Admin preferences.  Browse to your payment options section and choose Authorize.net.  Enter your API Login ID and Transaction ID.
  6. Choose whether to Authorize only or perform a one-step Authorize and Capture.

  4. Create a Connection Ticket by logging intohttps://merchantaccount.ptc.quickbooks.com/j/sdkconnection?appid=206817882&sessionEnabled=false with your  Intuit Merchant Services Login.
  5. Log in to your ChannelOnline Admin preferences.  Browse to your payment options section and choose Intuit PaymentServices.  Copy and paste your Connection Ticket string into the Connection Ticket field in the Intuit Payment Services setup section.
